familia y el equipo de trabajo.
Para su implementación cuenta con un sistema de reporte de incidentes y eventos
adversos y un equipo de trabajo que promueve el reporte garantizando la
confidencialidad de los análisis, la integración de la política de seguridad al paciente
con otras políticas y procesos institucionales y la construcción de una alianza con el
paciente y su familia.”
